It will be through your leadership, your ability to initiate and manage change with your employees and partners as well as your experience in consulting management that you will stand out.

You are responsible for accompanying and supporting a team (+/- 15 auxiliary employees) responsible for account opening and documentation management.  You play a leadership role by ensuring the smooth running of operations, ensuring timely and efficient handling of files and mobilizing your team members.

Your job

  • Mobilize and manage human resources, autonomously, to ensure the achievement of the business plan
  • Ensure the workflow of your section to meet your service productivity and quality objectives, and their compliance with policies, standards and procedures
  • Monitor support activities and implement controls to maximize the efficiency and quality of operations, while contributing to their evolution
  • Conduct or oversee various analyses, research or special projects that have a significant impact on the profitability and efficiency of the Bank
  • Establish and maintain effective communications with the various stakeholders involved in the activities of the Section
  • Ensure the development and updating of employees' knowledge through personalized coaching
  • Implement and monitor development plans

Your team

Within the IT Operations sector, you will be part of a large team of +/- 40 colleagues and report to the Director, Account opening & Documentation management, Investment Operations. Prerequisite

  • Industry-related bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree and 2 years of experience OR University certificate and 6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in people management and coaching
  • Experience in banking and investment is essential
  • Ability to plan and organize work according to volume, resources and priorities
  • Knowledge of investment products and brokerage accounts is desirable
  • Experience in process and operations optimization is a strong asset
