A successful candidate will:
Possess or be in the process of attaining a British Columbia Professional Teaching Certificate.
Be eligible to work in British Columbia.
Be willing to receive guidance from a mentor.
Know effective strategies for and be familiar with UDL and place-based learning.
Candidates should be interested in including learning opportunities outside the classroom on the school grounds or off-site.
Be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills with students, staff and parents.
Have strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Communicate a biblical worldview throughout all subjects.
