Chinook’s Edge School Division invites applications from qualified individuals for the position of Vice-Principal at Olds Koinonia Christian School (Grades K-12 with approximately 325 students) effective the 2024-2025 school year. The successful candidate will be a pedagogical leader who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, a proven record of excellence in classroom teaching, evidence of success in leading and encouraging professional learning, demonstrated abilities to work with a wide-range of community agencies, and a willingness to be involved in the extracurricular activities of the school. Administrative duties will include an active role in instructional leadership and all aspects of school leadership. Preference will be given to candidates with experience as a school based administrator, and those who have completed a Master’s degree in Education.

Olds Koinonia Christian School is an Alternate Program within Chinook’s Edge that follows the regular provincial curriculum interpreted from an evangelical Christian philosophy. Preference will be given to candidates with related teaching experience, and who will bring a Christian viewpoint to issues and topics from all curriculum areas.
