So why should your career be anything less than extraordinary? What to Expect: As an Associate Art Director, you'll be pivotal in shaping Hudson’s Bay's public image. As an integral part of the creative team, you'll craft campaigns and materials that resonate with our customers across all touchpoints while staying true to our brand. This role demands strong conceptual and design skills, acute attention to detail, and an overall strategic approach. What you will do: · Collaborate with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to execute initiatives in line with brand and business strategies. · Uphold Hudson's Bay’s brand standards in all external and internal communications and oversee internal creative projects. · Proactively brainstorm, conceptualize, design, and propose creative solutions for project briefs. · Ensure creative direction aligns with briefing objectives. · Manage pre-production, production, and post-production phases of projects and campaigns. · Actively and constructively participate in team meetings, work sessions, and problem-solving. · Use effective time management and organizational skills to maintain a continuous workflow and meet multiple deadlines. · Coordinate with other creative team members to shepherd projects from briefing to completion. · Understand, analyze, and incorporate feedback and oversee the adaptation of creative concepts. · Liaise with production, photographers, and production teams. · Maintain strong working relationships with internal clients. · Be a team player who is willing to assist others with projects as required. · Stay informed about trends, popular culture, and competitive landscape to inform advertising strategies.
