Our client is one of the biggest multinational financial services firms in North America, with offices across Canada and the US. They provide financial services to corporations, individuals, and municipalities.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This role is based in Vancouver but will require frequent travel to a variety of cities across Canada, you could be away for two weeks at a time. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of transition and planning support of the new Financial Advisor's book of clients to our services and ensuring a smooth transition/transfer. Acting as the liaison between the home office and new financial advisors/agents, you will be overseeing their onboarding process and providing skilled and professional planning support on the policies and procedures relating to operations, compliance, marketing, technology, investment products, and general business issues.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Assisting the National Sales team in transitioning Financial Advisors/Agents in Canada.
Customization of transition requirements to align with Financial Advisors/Agents' needs.
Understand and translate information on the procedures and policies relating to compliance, operations, marketing, investment products, technology, and general business issues to transitioning Financial Advisors.
Create and monitor transition checklists and communicate the progress of these to the supervisor.
Act as the primary point of contact for individuals transitioning.
Manage calls and meetings with Financial Advisors and their teams.
Provide any required support as necessary.
Special projects.

THE REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience in the Investment Brokerage or Wealth Management Industry
Completion of Conduct and Practice Handbook Course (CPH) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Representative licensing.
Knowledge of Dataphile is an asset.
Willing to travel and ability to support other teams on a remote basis.
Bilingual French is an asset.
Must be able to meet deadlines.
Committed to providing excellent client services and support.
Must be able to provide employment references, education verifications and pass applicable background checks.

COMPENSATION
Annual salary $50,000 - $60,000 and overtime pay. Competitive benefits. 3 weeks vacation to start. Annual bonus. RSP matching.
