We are hiring a Human Resources Business Partner for our Surrey client. Supporting day-to-day HR functions, the HR Business Partner will work with all levels of the firm. Leading onboarding, recruitment, and scheduling, you’ll support performance management and participate in compensation analysis and pay transparency projects. The successful applicant must have education and experience - 3+ years of human resources experience at a Generalist level or above. Experience in professional services is preferred.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The successful applicant must have education and experience - 5+ years of human resources experience. Experience in professional services is preferred.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Talent Acquisition
Performance management.
Providing guidance and coaching for leadership.
Employee engagement.
Benefits administration.
Scheduling and managing vacation requests.
Manages employee files and updates HRIS database.
Compensation analysis.
Day-to-day employee questions and requests.
HR related projects.

THE REQUIREMENTS

Degree or Diploma in Human Resources is required.
CPHR designation is required.
3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist position.
Experience in the professional services industry is preferred.
Full cycle recruitment experience.
Experience with performance management and coaching.
Strong knowledge of Employment Standards and Human Rights Code.
The ability to provide proactive solutions and work with a sense of urgency.
Must be able to manage highly confidential information.
COMPENSATION
Annual salary range of $65,000 - $100,000. Competitive vacation and benefits. RSP matching and many other perks. This position is an in-office role.
