Insurance Advisor, Inbound Sales

• Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 1 in B.C. with strong ambition to obtain Level 2
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Role Overview:
  • Product Knowledge
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of our markets’ coverages and guidelines (first 6 months in auto then transition to personal & commercial lines)
  • Relationship Building
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients
  • Sales Strategies
  • Employ effective sales techniques to convert leads into customers, using strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals
  • Be flexible in navigating around sales solutions
  • Lead Conversion
  • Proactively engage with leads and turn them into binds
  • Prospect auto leads for home and commercial business
  • Target and Reporting
  • Meet and surpass set sales targets and metrics

• Compensation:
  • Dependent on licensing level ($45,000-$50,000)
  • Commission and Bonus incentives
