Int Network Analyst to provide operational support for troubleshooting and fixing network issues (Firewall, Load balance, Switching) for our large financial client - 51929/51928/52033
Duration: 1 year with chance of extension
Work Location - Mississauga Hybrid- 2 to 3 days onsite (could change)
Schedule: Mon to Fri 9 to 5 pm. Some flexible for business needs
Rotation Schedule:
****On call rotation (7 people in rotation) Once every 6 weeks.****

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position is a highly technical hand-on keyboard role supporting various network platforms for availability, latency and incidents, while being engaged on operational readiness tasks.
- The position will be accountable to play a lead/advisor role, reporting directly to the Manager of the pod, while still being available and accountable to participate in day-to-day operational work like troubleshooting and fixing network issues across all platforms. This includes nightly/weekend on-call rotation as and when needed.
- Alignment to operation support capabilities (not project deployment). Need operation support experience.
MUST HAVE:
1.) Expert in network troubleshooting/ advance complex network
2.) Deep and wide on different network platform (load balance, wireless, firewalls, switching)
3.) Ability to network traces and find route cause using tools like Wireshark
4) CCIE or CCNP
NICE TO HAVE
1.) Process knowledge, ITL Certification.
2.) Large banking/ FI exp.

Degree/Certifications Required: CCNP or CCIE preferred
