The impact you will have:

As our Google Digital Program Manager (DPM), you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns through Softchoice and third-party digital channels. You will design and lead customer-facing programs that span across campaign content development, applicable webpages ownership and strategy, webinars/virtual experiences, ABM, ad campaigns, video development, influencer campaigns, TCO calculators, quizzes, and the list goes on. If the customer engages with us online/through a digital channel (excluding our eCommerce site), that comes from a DPM.


As a DPM, you will build campaigns for Google Cloud and Google Workspace. You will own the planning, project management, and execution oversight across our campaign planning and execution framework. You will work closely with expert teams (events, content, GTM Ops, digital, brand and design, agencies, etc.) to bring your campaign to life. You will collaborate with budget owners across GTM and present marketing plans to partner and/or solution teams.


Note - this role is hybrid with the expectation of being in the Toronto office 1-2 times per week.


What you’ll do:

  • Campaign development, execution support, and project management of customer-facing digital programs for Google Cloud & Google Workspace
  • Asana and expense budget management and ownership for campaigns
  • Reporting/results to partner and internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with expert execution teams (digital, content, events, and third-party agencies)
  • Collaborate with Partner Alliance Managers (PAMs) and Business Units (Bus) and provide program budget recommendations
  • Own and build partner relationships with Marketing counterparts
  • Focus on improving campaign performance metrics
  • Content development for digital programs - ad copy, landing page copy, Eloqua pages, etc.
  • Ownership and reporting of partner technology pages/solutions pages

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in the B2B technology space
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud and Google Workspace preferred
  • Experience with project ownership, including planning, management, and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to be agile, creative, organized, and partner effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-sufficient worker capable of managing multiple deadlines with little supervision
  • Understanding of marketing automation platforms (ie: Eloqua), Salesforce, and Power BI preferred
  • Ability to work smart under pressure and efficiently on multiple project requests simultaneously and to deal with the potential for tight deadlines and unexpected complexities
