As a trusted advisor to the site, business and functional leaders, this role will guide and /spanspantake action/spanspan in all aspects of HR /spanspanincluding:/spanspan Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation, Engagement and Retention./span/spanspan /span/p/divdivpbspanKey Responsibilities /span/bspan /span/p/divdivullipspanspanProvides high level HR /spanspanexpertise/spanspan, support and coaching to managers on HR policies and processes, people management, and career development /span/spanspan /span/p/lilipspanspanBuilds credibility and develops trusted relationships /span/spanspan /span/p/lilipspanspanCoaches/spanspan managers on issues including application of HR policies and processes, restructuring, investigations, and other employee issues. /span/spanspan /span/p/lilipspanspanWorks with the talent acquisition team to drive recruitment efforts /span/spanspan /span/p/lilipspanspanConduct compensation analysis in partnership with subject matter authorities to resolve local compensation needs and actions. /span/spanspan /span/p/lilipspanspanSupport the HR platforms (/spanspani.e./spanspan talent acquisition, compensation, etc.) with large scale initiatives and annual processes and partnering with /spanspanappropriate HRBPs/spanspan /span/spanspan /span/p/lilipspanspanParticipate in the broader regional HR team to drive HR projects and initiatives. /span/spanspan /span/p/lilipspanspanDrive manager and employee Self-Service adoption on HR processes and highly repeatable functional tasks /span/spanspan /span/p/li/ul/div/divdivdivullipspanspanPerform other duties as assigned. /span/spanspan /span/p/li/ul/divdivpbspanEducation/span/bspanspan /span/spanspan /span/p/divdivpspanspanBachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field /span/spanspan /span/p/divdivpspanspanMaster’s degree preferred /span/spanspan /span/p/divdivpbspanExperience/span/bspanspan /span/spanspan /span/p/divdivpspanspanAt least 5 years of HR work experience or equivalent work experience /spanspanrequired/spanspan /span/spanspan /span/p/divdivpbspanKnowledge and Complexity of Role/span/bspanspan /span/spanspan /span/p/divdivullipspanspanComfortable working with ambiguity /span/spanspan /span/p/lilipspanspanAbility to collaborate and /spanspanleverage/spanspan network /span/spanspan /span/p/lilipspanspanLooks at problems with a /spanspanlong-term/spanspan strategic /spanspanview but/spanspan is able to translate that into short- and long-term goals./spanspan /span/spanspan /span/p/lilipspanspanHigh degree of autonomy and strong decision-making skills. /span/spanspan /span/p/lilipspanspanMust /spanspanpossess/spanspan the presentation skills and professionalism to project a professional image, both internally and externally. /span/spanspan /span/p/lilipspanspanExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with all levels of the organization including employee relations, mentorship, and communications /span/spanspan /span/p/lilipspanspanDemonstrates personal awareness and desire for continual learning, personal development, as well as being structured, determined, and with a positive ‘can-do’ demeanor /span/spanspan /span/p/lilipspanspanHonors commitments /spanspanat all times/spanspan by /spanspanexhibiting/spanspan candor and courage, not being afraid to /spanspanestablish/spanspan visible presence and point of view, engaging in constructive dialogue, and holding others accountable /span/spanspan /span/p/lilipspanspanProven project and time management skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrix environment and balance multiple tasks simultaneously/span/spanspan /span/p/li/ul/divdivpspan /span/p/div/div
