YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the VP Flight Operations, you will perform various administrative tasks for your department and other areas as required. You will be responsible for managing pilot files, entering data into various systems, preparing daily and monthly reports such as pilot flight reports, and verifying expense accounts. You will be responsible for transmitting required reports to the accounting department on time. You will perform all other related tasks.

Requested skills

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Secretarial diploma or any combination of training and/or experience deemed equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • You understand the importance of confidentiality.
  • You are organized, meticulous and able to prioritize your tasks in order to meet deadlines.
  • Bilingual (English/French).
  • Knowledge of the Cree language is considered an asset.
