For full-time employees:

JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent must coordinate various activities such as correspondence, calls and complaints related to e-commerce and stores.

Work schedule

The incumbent must be available to work a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) evenings from noon to 8:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, and must also be available on weekends during the day from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or evenings from noon to 8:30 p.m., depending on needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Our Customer Service Representatives must be passionate about selling and delivering an exceptional customer experience;
  • Respond to emails, chat and phone calls regarding websites, online orders, billing issues, in-store experience and general customer concerns;
  • Redistribute other emails or calls to the appropriate people;
  • Assist customers with online orders;
  • Provide information on products and services;
  • Handle customer complaints, questions and concerns regarding their shopping experience;
  • Increase website conversion by assisting customers via online chat;
  • Follow-up on online orders;
  • Open investigations with our shipping partner for lost packages;
  • Complete exchanges and returns online;
  • Ensure validity of payments for promotional offers;
  • Control the quality of site data, promotions and promotional offers;
  • Maintain good communication between store operations, distribution center and customer service department;
  • Perform merchandise transfers to complete orders.
  • Perform any other duties as requested.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 to 3 years experience in customer service;
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French, spoken and written (Customer support for the Canadian market);
  • Retail experience;
  • Good understanding of e-commerce operations;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite;
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision;
  • Available to work evenings and weekends.
