POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Château Baie-Comeau residence is looking for a caretaker to maintain common areas. This is a permanent, full-time evening position. A dynamic team awaits you.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Change light bulbs in the common areas
  • Clear and salt the entrances
  • Maintain and clean the premises
  • Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
  • Perform safety tours and ensure that exterior doors are locked
  • Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
