I am Bianka, Team Leader in Recruitment and Business Development at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment for Finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team, experts in finance, speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.

I am looking for a credit and collection technician for my client, a large agri-food group. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode.

Schedule: 37 ½ hours/week Monday to Friday

- Position summary:

Reporting to the Supervisor - Credit and Collections, the position holder plays an active role in reviewing credit limits and recovering overdue customer accounts.

Key activities:

- Carry out the recovery of overdue customer accounts in accordance with the agreed terms;
- Document follow-ups in the management software package;
- Analyze blocked orders and take action to release them;
- Carry out the reconciliation of customer accounts;
- Support the review of credit limits;
- Participation in various continuous improvement projects in the department.

Skills sought:

French/English bilingualism (essential: exchanges with unilingual English-speaking colleagues, clients and suppliers in other provinces or other countries.);
Intermediate knowledge of Excel (advanced, an asset);
Knowledge of BPCS and/or LX systems (an asset);
Methodical, discreet, and structured;
Rigorous, team player and positive.
