Your team

Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Marketing & E-Commerce, you will be part of a team composed of innovative, dynamic, and passionate individuals. You will work from our offices located in Montreal and collaborate with your colleagues based in Trois-Rivières and Quebec City.

Your responsibilities

• Social Media Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand objectives, tailored for each digital channel, while ensuring consistency across channels.
• Influencer Marketing: Design and implement effective influencer marketing strategies to promote our products and services on social media. Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers and content creators in our industry.
• Content Calendar: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain an engaging content calendar outlining key content themes, publication schedules, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with product launches and promotional activities.
• Content Creation: Oversee and collaborate in the production of high-quality written and visual content for various social media platforms that showcase our products and brand identity, fostering a strong sense of belonging among our customer base.
• Analysis and Optimization : Monitor content performance using content analysis tools, audience insights, gather information on market trends, and competitors. Adjust strategies to enhance engagement and achieve key performance indicators.
• Collaboration and Process Optimization: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, in-store stylists, and product design and development, to align content with business objectives. Continuously optimize the content creation process for maximum efficiency.
