YOU LOVE TO:
- Perform administration and system configuration of our various servers and tools;
- Actively participate in the deployment of the company's IT projects in collaboration with our IT team;
- Implement solutions to ensure the company's cybersecurity and data confidentiality;
- Diagnose and resolve more complex network, software and hardware issues;
- Document internal processes and internal knowledge base (KB) articles;
- Provide support to company technicians during advanced problems (workstation, networks, applications, phone system, wireless equipment, printers, cell phones, etc.);
- Provide in-person support to users during branch visits, answering their questions and solving their problems.
YOU HAVE:
- DEP or AEC in IT support;
- 2 years' experience in IT;
- Knowledge of the Office 365 suite and Windows 10 and 11 operating systems;
- Knowledge of iPhone mobile devices;
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English;
- Autonomous, curious and proactive.
