Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing general maintenance support for the Bradford facility and will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and Department Manager onsite.

The Maintenance Technician will work on the day shift, Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

A snapshot of some of the exciting things you will lead and do:

  • Be able to identify, assist with and or repair general facility related issues (non-trade specific) with minimum supervision
  • Be able to perform general facility upkeeps
  • Be able to perform, assist and or monitor seasonal facility activities
  • Enhance equipment performance, recommending improvements and implementing.
  • Be able to work from drawings, written or verbal instructions and sketches
  • Be able to identify and assist with general facility related mechanical and electrical problems
  • Perform facility related preventative maintenance programs within the required timeframe
  • Ensure all job-related operations are in compliance with GMPs, HACCP, WHMIS and health & safety requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you will bring:
  • One to three years related experience in general maintenance
  • Self-directed/motivated team player
  • Moderate computer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
  • A valid driver’s license
