Position Summary:

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations & Engineering, the incumbent will perform machining center programming tasks, operate machinery, initiate improvement projects to increase efficiency, and perform assembly tasks when the machine is not in operation.

Requested skills

Desired Profile

  • Diploma in Machining or equivalent;
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar or equivalent position;
  • Knowledge of Fusion 360 software for programming;
  • Machining experience;
  • Manual dexterity and precision;
  • Ability to work with allergenic materials (silicone, glue, degreasing and cleaning products);
  • Mandatory: reside in Quebec AND have a valid work permit;
  • French, spoken and written (essential);
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Rigor and attention to detail;
  • Initiative and resourcefulness;
  • Good team spirit and collaboration;
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement principles, an asset.
  • Use of Fanuc software, an asset.
