Job SummaryMain source of product and initiative knowledge across Client Onboarding, Account Maintenance, eSign, IPS, and other features. Gather requirements, prioritize backlog and conduct project management activities for production support including troubleshooting and escalation management.Job DescriptionAs Jr. Product Owner, you will manage and support the Client Onboarding (COB) capability and initiatives for Wealth Management Canada (WMC). You will support a variety of projects, working with various WMC business groups. This role fills an important function in supporting the front office with issues management, escalations, and prioritization of production support fixes. What will you do?Communicate and prioritize issues impacting the front office and refine a backlog of fixes. Ensure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders. Collaborate with front office staff, technology, production support, operations, and other business functional groups to gather requirementsHelp drive adoption of new tools, features and provide troubleshooting support. Occasionally support after hours testingMust HaveMinimum 2 years WMC domain knowledge with account opening and documentation processes (Dominion Securities or PH&N IC)Strong communications skills, both written and verbal and willingness to deliver presentations.Excellent collaborator and stakeholder management experienceNote: Position is available anywhere in Canada with a preference for Toronto (GTA), British Columbia, or Alberta.
