Our Public Sector client is looking for a Senior Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting in a Microsoft environment.

The successful proponent will provide on-site & remote technical assistance as the first point of contact for staff experiencing issues with hardware & software.


6-month contract, possibility of extension. In office: Surrey, BC.


Must-Have:

  • 8 years of experience in Desktop Support
  • 5 years of experience troubleshooting client-side hardware & software issues (Windows 10 & 11)
  • 5 years of experience with Printer Management (Papercut and Richo)
  • experience with staff onboarding; distribution of Cell Phones, laptops, desktops


Nice-to-Have:

  • experience with cell phone support (IPhone, iTunes and InTune)
  • experience with audio and visual support (MS Teams)
  • experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
