Description
Our oil and gas clients is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Manager to lead the development and driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness for a midstream operations (12541).
Must Haves:
- 15+ years experience as an Organizational Change Manager (OCM) supporting complex transformational projects in a large corporation
- Spearhead complex organizational transformations by developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies
- Developing OCM strategies including communication, sponsor roadmap, learning, coaching, and management of risk acceptance/resistance
- Accreditation in change methodology (PROSCI, CCMP)
- Previous experience in the Oil and Gas/Energy industry
