At Soucy Caoutchouc, our manufacturing engineering department is looking for a project manager whose main mandate will be to manage the production start-up of new rubber tracks and any changes that may be made to the design and the process, all while managing a small team.
Here's an overview of your tasks:
- Plan, monitor and control all activities to ensure efficient and complete production by monitoring performance indicators
- Coordinate, support and mobilize your team in order to ensure the achievement of objectives and good cohesion between members
- Ensure the development of your team and each team member
- Work with the product development department to influence design based on manufacturing capabilities
- Collaborate and involve the production team in the development of industrialization projects
- Apply good project management practices with a view to operational excellence
- Ensure proper documentation of the project's execution steps in line with the product development process formalized in the organization's quality system
