Here's an overview of your tasks:
- Identify, plan and follow up on the implementation of deliverables to ensure the production of assigned products
- Identify and provide the necessary tools for the production of new products or changes to the manufacturing process of existing products
- Measure and optimize the performance of the process in order to meet the established objectives or standards
- Propose optimized layouts and an ergonomic and safe work environment for production employees
- Contribute to the improvement of the manufacturing process in order to reach the production quality objectives
- Analyze work methods and recommend improvements
- Participate in evaluations to establish production rates for production start-ups as well as for any changes
- Carry out projects aimed at the continuous improvement of processes and procedures in the company
