En tant que coordinateur(trice) bilingue des ressources humaines, vous aurez l'occasion unique de faire partie d'une quipe en pleine construction. Ce poste offre la possibilit de partager des ides et des bonnes pratiques, de faire voluer sa carrire et d'tre un contributeur cl dans la mise en place des fondations du dpartement des ressources humaines.


Ce que vous ferez ici

  • Travailler au sein d'une quipe de ressources humaines hautement collaborative.
  • En mettant l'accent sur l'amlioration continue et l'efficacit des processus, vous apportez votre soutien la mise en place de politiques et de processus RH pour le corporatif et les projets en consortium, y compris l'intgration, la gestion des talents et les relations avec les employs, afin d'aider construire et influencer la culture d'entreprise de pour le corporatif et les projets en consortium,
  • Avoir la possibilit d'apporter un clairage Diversit, quit et inclusion sur les initiatives en matire de ressources humaines.
  • tre la personne cl responsable du partenariat avec l'quipe de direction des ressources humaines pour mettre jour, analyser et prparer les rapports et tableaux de bord des ressources humaines pour diffusion et examen, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les calendriers des ressources du projet, le suivi des congs, l'analyse du chiffre d'affaires, etc.
  • Prparer et mettre jour les documents et les modles ncessaires, notamment les offres d'emploi internes, les lettres d'affectation aux projets, les changements d'emploi, etc.
  • tre le premier point de contact pour les employs et rpondre, rsoudre les questions des employs ou les transmettre au gestionnaire en mettant l'accent sur la cration d'une exprience positive pour les employs.
  • Participer l'organisation d'vnements lis l'embauche et de salons de l'emploi.
  • Fournir un soutien en matire d'administration et de coordination pour les tches quotidiennes, les programmes et les initiatives au sein du corporatif et des projets en consortium.
  • Possibilit de travailler sur des projets spciaux des ressources humaines.

Ce que vous apportez l'quipe

  • Formation post-secondaire avec une spcialisation en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • 3 5 ans d'exprience en ressources humaines,
  • Comptences bilingues (matrise du franais et de l'anglais) requises.
  • Des comptences linguistiques en espagnol sont un atout.
  • Organisation exceptionnelle, souci du dtail et comptences mergentes en matire de gestion de projets, avec la capacit de grer plusieurs clients et livrables.
  • Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement agile et en volution rapide.
  • Une exprience de SAP et des Success Factors est un atout.
  • Exprience de travail avec Visio.
  • Une exprience des programmes de diversit, d'quit et d'inclusion est un atout.
  • Une exprience dans le secteur de la construction est un atout.

What's the Opportunity?

  • As Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator, you will have the unique opportunity to be a part of a team who are in building mode. This role offers the opportunity to share ideas and best practices, provide career growth and be a key contributor in setting the foundation for the Human Resources department.

What Youll Do Here:

  • Work within a highly collaborative Human Resources team.
  • With a focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency, provide support in setting up HR policies and processes, including onboarding, talent management, and employee relations, to help build and influence the company culture.
  • Have the opportunity to provide a DE&I lens on Human Resources initiatives.
  • Be the key individual responsible for partnering with the Human Resources Leadership team to update, analyze and prepare HR reports and dashboards for circulation and review, including but not limited to project resource schedules, leave of absence tracking, turnover analysis, etc.
  • Prepare and update documents and templates as required, including internal offers of employment, project assignment letters, employment changes, etc.
  • Be the first point of contact for employees and respond, resolve employee questions, or escalate to the Manager with a strong focus on creating a positive employee experience.
  • Assist in organizing hiring events and job fairs.
  • Provide administration and coordination support on day-to-day tasks, programs, and initiatives.
  • Opportunity to work on Human Resources special projects.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Post-secondary education with a major in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience within Human Resources,
  • Bilingual skills (Fluent in both French and English) required.
  • Language skills in Spanish are an asset.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and emerging project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables.
  • Thrive on work within a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Experience with SAP and Success Factors is an asset.
  • Must have experience working with Visio.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program experience is an asset.
  • Experience in the construction industry is an asset.
