Junior Account Manager- Personal Lines

Our Clients is a growing independently owned brokerage with a head office in the heart of Toronto. They provide risk management solutions to commercial and personal clients all across Canada.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a new joiner, you will support the Personal Lines department in all administrative tasks for Account Managers an VP.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Prepares new and renewal business including client letters, policy documentation and invoicing.
• Process certificates of insurance, liability slips, abstracts and auto plus monthly.
• Bond preparation and administration.
• Scanning, faxing, photocopying and administrative duties.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma
• RIBO License preferred or willing to obtain within 3 months
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with TAM system
• 1 year experience in a similar position

COMPENSATION

• $50,000-$55,000 based on experience
