Intermediate Full Stack Developer (Java / Springboot) and React / Redux to design, develop, and test features, APIs, and integrations for a pension managem

Our client is seeking an Intermediate Full Stack Developer (Java / Springboot) and React / Redux to design, develop, and test features, APIs, and integrations for a pension management software.

Scope: Work on the Government of Canada pension modernization project

1 year long contract to start, remote but must work PST time zone.

Must Have Skills:

• Minimum of 5+ years of full stack development experience using Java (Springboot / Spring Cloud) and JavaScript (React / Redux) and RESTful web services
• Previous experience working with pension administration or financial system software
• Understanding of web usability and accessibility standards
• Eligible for enhanced reliability security clearance

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and testing features, APIs, and integrations for web-based applications.
• Maintaining high standards of software quality with good practices and habits.
• Identifying and troubleshooting errors and performance issues that occur within our products.
• Collaborating with other software developers in an agile team, as well as interacting with other teams and stakeholders.
• Integrating developed code with automated test infrastructure.
• Participating in peer reviews of solution designs and related code.
• Other duties as assigned
